Slavka's Bulgarian cake

It is named after the recipe from my godmother Slavka, who unfortunately has not been with us for two years, and on Tuesday her son, my godson, arrives to visit us in Canada from Brussels, I am looking forward to seeing him, because a part of my friend, godmother is coming….

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs, add oil, stir, add sour milk, flour, mixed with baking powder and finally crumbled cheese, mix everything with a food processor, pour into a greased pan and bake at 200 C until slightly browned. You can eat just like that or with cheese and tomato, yogurt, sour milk, ajvar, some coating, let the fat at will.
