I don't know if there is this or a similar recipe, I haven't looked. Simple, fast and delicious ... a cake that I would recommend to everyone to try in these winter days because it is really special.

Preparation steps

  • Make a dough from the listed ingredients, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the red onion into rings and then lightly fry in a pan to get a nice yellow color. Add finely chopped bacon or dried meat, stir and let it cool a bit.
  • Roll out the dough and put it in a mold (I use a 26cm diameter mold) so that the ends are slightly raised.
  • Put fried onions and bacon over the dough and spread it finely on the cake.
  • Whip the sour cream and egg, add the spices and pour over the cakes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Pleasant !!!!
