Stacked burek from ready-made crusts, eaten in an hour!
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion and sauté together with the meat. Add salt and pepper as desired! I usually put a tablespoon of pepper and a tablespoon of salt.
- Mix the egg with a whisk. cream, salt, baking powder and water.
- Arrange 3 sheets of crust on an oiled baking tray. Arrange the meat on the crust and pour over with 4 tablespoons of the topping.
- Put 2 leaves of crust, meat and sauce on the meat. Leave yourself 3 pages for the top crust. Arrange 2 leaves-meat-sauce until you have those 3 left on the side.
- Three leaves go to the top bark. Pour 3 tablespoons of topping over each leaf. Finally, pour the rest of the topping over the whole burek and bake at 180 ° for 40 minutes.
