Skopje "mandza"
I recently received this recipe, for the winter, for a fine winter salad, under this name. but excellent, thank you to my friend for taking care of my daughter and thank you for the wonderful recipe.
Preparation steps
- Roast and peel the peppers, clean them of seeds * when peeling, chop the peppers lengthwise into strips to make it easier for you to chop them *
- Cut them into small cubes
- Add oil, vinegar, sugar and salt to boil
- Pour the peppers into the hot oil and fry lightly.
- From the moment the peppers start to boil, fry them for about 30 minutes. The peppers themselves will release their juice
- Gather in jars and wait for winter, if you can resist
- Good apetite
Serving
This can later be combined with garlic and parsley, or fried a little with neutral sour cream, like I did tonight. It's great in both cases
