Simple mushroom juice

Preparation steps
- I recommend putting boiled mashed potatoes first :)
- Now finely chop the onion and place it to lightly fry in a little oil or fat. Meanwhile, clean the champignons and cut them into slices. Add salt to the onion, when it becomes glassy, add the champignons and increase the heat. Saute the champignons until the water they have released evaporates. Drizzle the mushrooms with water and place the vegeta. Let it boil.
- Make a paste of flour and ground pepper. My spoons are not large, so reduce the amount of flour as desired. Also, if you don't like thicker, reduce the amount of flour.
- When the mushrooms boil, add the mash and stir. Let it simmer for a few more minutes :)
Serving
And that's it :) Make a puree and serve with a salad ... Green, beetroot or as you wish!
