Šibenik cake

They are characterized by simplicity of production, quality ingredients and superior taste. I managed to come up with a recipe for this Šibenik cake and I can tell you that I am delighted

Preparation steps

  • Cook the organic orange together with the peel (20 minutes). Mix it when cooled
  • Make egg yolks with sugar. Add melted chocolate, orange, walnuts and a tablespoon of flour to them.
  • Finally, lightly whisk together the beaten egg whites
  • Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes
  • Pour the chocolate glaze over the cooled one
