Siamese cake

I don't know why Siamese, I've had the recipe for about 20 years and I make it very often! The cake is very suitable for all celebrations ....

Preparation steps

  • Preparation: Bark 3 x Whisk well, 5 egg whites and add sugar, add ground walnuts, cocoa, flour, slowly combine with a food processor, pour into a baking tray on baking paper (37x 27 cm.). Bake at 180 C, about 20- so minutes
  • Filling I: Steam 10 egg yolks with powdered sugar, when the filling is cooked, add chocolate and cook a little more until everything is combined. Combine the cold filling with the whipped butter (margarine).
  • Filling II: Boil 500 ml of milk (separate some 150 ml of cold milk). Whisk 5 egg yolks with sugar, thickener and cold milk, then pour into boiling milk, and cook the filling. Combine the cold filling with the whipped butter (margarine).
