Shurlice in mushroom sauce

Preparation steps
- Saute the salted onion in olive oil, then add the porcini mushrooms. Stir every now and then and add water as needed to keep it from burning.
- In a separate bowl, boil the water for the šurlice at the same time, add salt and cook according to the instructions.
- After about half an hour, separate half of the finest mushrooms into a plate, and chop the rest with a stick mixer and return everything to the pan.
- Add cooking cream, melted cheese, and remaining spices and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, taking care not to burn.
- Finally, mix in the finely chopped parsley and, if necessary, add salt and pepper if necessary.
- Mix the finished sauce with the cooked šurlice, add the parmesan as desired and enjoy the taste! :)
Serving
For fullness of flavor it is better to use fresh mushrooms that have not been previously blanched.
