Shuma cake

Delicious and light cake.

Preparation steps

  • DOUGH Whisk 6 egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar. when whipped to a froth, add 70gr. ground walnuts, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 pastry and 6 egg whites. It is placed in a tray on back-paper to bake.
  • FIL 150ml. boil milk with 200 gr. sugar. Then add 200 gr. ground walnuts. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Separately, whisk 1 margarine with 4 egg yolks and 4 tablespoons of sugar. This is added to the cooled filling.
  • I cut the dough into three equal parts to make the cake bigger. Of the remaining 4 egg whites, I whipped the shaum to coat.
