Shubare

Cookies that need a little more effort :)

Preparation steps

  • Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 st.C.
  • Dough: Whisk the egg whites with 5 dag of sugar.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and 10 dag of sugar, then add water, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa that we sifted. Finally lightly add the egg whites.
  • Line two oven sheets (32x32 cm) with baking paper and place in the oven (in a preheated oven) each dough for 20 minutes at 180 st.C.
  • Cream: Boil milk, flour, 15 dag of sugar and vanilla sugar. In the chilled add the whipped margarine with 10 dag of powdered sugar.
  • From the biscuit, cut circles with the smallest cup or mold. Combine two circles with cream, coat with cream and the walls of the connected circles, roll in coconut flour. Finally, coat the upper part of the hat with chocolate glaze (I do this with a spoon).
  • Hats are ready, and you can decorate them if you wish :)
