Shower pesto

Weed our everyday, has a lot of local names but best to stick to Latin: Portulaca Oleracea. You can do anything with this grass, so don't throw it in the trash, but treat yourself nicely;)

Preparation steps

  • Wash the shower leaves and arrange them on a clean cloth to dry.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture.

Serving

Tust has a very mild, specific and sour taste. This amount is enough for two smaller jars.
