Shaggy pasta :)

When you don't have a lot of time and no groceries at home… this aromatic pasta is a great solution.

Preparation steps

  • Add a little salted water. When it boils, add the pasta you are cooking to make it al dente.
  • While the water is heating, clean and squeeze the garlic. Cut the sage leaves into strips and the peppers and tomatoes into pieces. Dose the peppers appropriately to your spicy preference. :)
  • Drain the lemon juice, add a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and chopped vegetables / spices.
  • When the pasta is about half cooked, heat the remaining oil in a pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and fry while stirring to get a nice color / crunchiness. Add the vegetable / spice mixture and fry briefly - just enough so that the garlic smells and does not burn.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and mix into the crumbly mixture. Stir briefly, remove from heat and serve.

Serving

If desired, when serving, grate a little hard cheese on the pasta (we had grana padano, but maybe some other cheese, according to your taste). And, treat yourself to a glass of fine white wine. :) Note A: You can make bread crumbs for frying yourself - crumble the middle of the old bread and leave it on a larger board to dry a bit. If you really have fresh, soft bread, you will also be able to buy bread crumbs. :) The quantities of ingredients are educative - it's great for us as it is written (above values), and you adjust the amount to your taste. Similarly, and differently… from the bottom of my heart I recommend pasta by peanuts. If I had anchovies today, there would be no such recipe. :) Here are the beautiful performances by ivannna :: and great, delicious performances by Tamara ... and once again by ivannna - beautiful photos :: great performance by chokodiva ... :)
