Sesame (sesame) baklava

The baklava I love the most ..... and the recipe is from my mom .... :-)

Preparation steps

  • Stir sugar, oil, sour water, pastries and sesame seeds into the dishes.
  • Grease a square baking tray (35cm x 25cm). Coat each crust with a mixture of sesame seeds, and sprinkle every third with chopped walnuts. And so on until the crust is used up, and if there is any mixture left, pour it over the baklava.
  • Sprinkle the baklava with sesame seeds and cut into triangles (or as you wish).
  • Place the baklava in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about half an hour, then reduce to 160 ° C and bake for another half an hour or until the baklava gets a nice sealed color.
  • While the baklava is cooling, cook the sherbet. Put sugar, water, vanilla sugar in the sherpa and let it boil, reduce the temperature and cook until it thickens a bit. Finally, add slices of sliced lemon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour hot syrup over the baked baklava and leave to cool first at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator until the next day.
