Sesame & Honey Crocant

For all sesame lovers in a sweet and crunchy combination!

Preparation steps

  • Fry the sesame in a pan until golden yellow.
  • Put sugar water and honey in a bowl, then cook until the water evaporates and when the sugar starts to caramelize (it gets a brownish color).
  • Add the sesame to the resulting caramel mixture and spread on baking paper and cover with it. Then roll out the mixture in baking paper to a thickness of about 3 mm.
  • While still warm, cut into desired pieces and serve as a sweet snack.
