Semolina cake with apples and walnuts
Very simple and quick cake that melts in your mouth :)
Preparation steps
- Add semolina, baking powder, ground walnuts, sugar, oil, milk, egg, grated apples, rum, a little salt, vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest to the bowl. Mix all ingredients well with a mixer. Grease a baking sheet or put baking paper and pour the mixture. Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Allow the cake to cool slightly.
- Make a chocolate glaze from the listed ingredients and pour it over the baked dough while it is still warm. Allow to cool and allow the glaze to set.
