Preparation steps
- Melt the yeast with the sugar in a little lukewarm milk.
- Beat the egg, salt and oil and pour in the yeast. Add a little flour and lukewarm milk alternately to get a medium hard dough. Let it rise.
- Knead the dough on a floured work surface and leave for 15 minutes.
- Spread the dough 1, 5 cm thick and be square in shape. Coat with softened margarine and grate the hard cheese.
- Fold 1/3 of the dough, fold the other part over it. Do the same on the other side. If desired, repeat the procedure once more, to make it leafy.
- Spread the dough 1 cm. thickness, cut into cubes of the desired size, fillet, and join the edges in the middle to get a ball. Fold overturned into a greased baking sheet.
- Coat with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, leave to rise and bake.
