Seitan in asparagus sauce

Preparation steps
- First, wash the asparagus and put it to steam for about 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool, cut off the tops and set aside.
- Cut the rest of the asparagus into pieces and put them in a tall bowl with the cream. Using a stick mixer, mix the cream and asparagus well until you get a cream.
- Put a little onion in a little olive oil.
- Add seitan steaks ...
- .... sauté them a little and pour white wine over them. Cook over low heat until wine evaporates.
- When all the wine has evaporated, pour over the seitan asparagus cream, add salt, pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve steaks garnished with asparagus tops.
