Sea bream in white wine
For a nice lunch, gilthead sea bream or some other sea fish
Preparation steps
- Salt the cleaned, washed and dried fish inside and out and put it in a tray. If you have good baking paper, the casserole can be coated, I can get someone who sticks in spite of everything, so it's worse for me to remove the paper from the food than to wash the casserole.
- Cut the onion into smaller pieces and mix (in a chop) with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, breadcrumbs, add salt and pepper. Also add 2 limes, peeled and cut into cubes. Cut the fish in several places and put thyme in the slits, which I forgot to do here.
- Separate half of the mixture with onion and lime and fill the other half with fish. Add wine and 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the rest of the mixture, stir and pour over the fish. Bake at 180 ° C for about 35-45 minutes.
