Sea bass in tomato sauce
Plenty of vegetables, olive oil and fresh herbs will make sea bass fillets in tomato sauce a summer snack to remember.
Preparation steps
- Place the finely chopped onion on the heated oil and fry until glassy.
- Add the grated carrots and fry everything briefly.
- Add capers, chopped tomatoes, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, green olives and Natur for Italian dishes.
- Saute, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Lightly salt, pepper and drizzle the fish fillets with olive oil, then let them stand for a short time.
- Place the fillets on the heated oil with the skin on the side.
- Bake until the skin is golden brown, then reduce the heat and fry them briefly on the other side.
- Place the sauce on a flat serving plate and the fillets with the skin facing up over it.
Serving
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with boiled potatoes.
Advice
Bake the fish fillets briefly at a high temperature, as this will preserve the juiciness of the fish.
