Scrambled eggs croquettes

I found this recipe on the Recipeci website. I modified and prepared it a bit because my son loves scrambled eggs. They are great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. To all who love eggs with onions, I recommend these simple and quick snacks!

Preparation steps

  • Soak buns or bread in milk. Add salt to the eggs, add the cooking cream and whisk with a whisk.
  • Lightly fry diced onion in butter (80 g), add eggs and fry soft scrambled eggs over low heat.
  • In the chilled scrambled eggs, add the squeezed buns (bread), one whole egg, parsley and spices as desired.
  • Gently knead the ingredients into a compact mass by hand.
  • Shape the croquettes, roll them in crumbs and fry in a mixture of oil and remaining butter.
  • Place the baked croquettes on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess fat.

Serving

Serve as an appetizer, morning or evening snack with mayonnaise, ajvar, tartar sauce .....
