Scorpionfish with potatoes in the oven
I took this out of the ice cooker and rearranged it a bit
Preparation steps
- Thaw the charp and add a little salt.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil, then place sliced potatoes in it and place the fish on it and bake for 20 minutes at 220.
- Meanwhile, mix all the topping ingredients and bring to a boil.
- After 20 minutes, pour the hot sauce over the fish and potatoes and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
