Schwedentorte / Swedish cake
It has only been visible to me for a long time ... it's time to share it with you :)
Preparation steps
- make a biscuit according to this recipe and procedure. You can of course also make a biscuit according to your favorite recipe.
- For the cream, add gelatin to swell. Put egg yolks and both sugars in one bowl and mix into a light mass.
- In another bowl, place the cream (1) and thickener (1) to boil, stirring constantly. After it boils, cook on low heat, stirring constantly, for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture of density and cream into the mixed egg yolks and now put that bowl on the stove and mix. before boiling, remove from the heat and stir in the swollen gelatin.
- When the cream has cooled well, mix it into the previously whipped sweet cream (2) with sugar and slagfix (2).
Serving
I used this cream in several variants ... I once filled the bark - cream - forest fruit - slag - bark, etc. And I also used it in combination with the cream by dianamakarska combined or separately :)
