Preparation steps

Mix egg yolks, vanilla sugar, 20 g of sugar, salt and milk with a food processor, add flour, stir. Whisk the egg whites into solid snow, lightly sprinkle with 50g of sugar, add to the dough, stir. Cranberries chop and add to the mixture. Grease a hot baking tray, put the dough and bake for 8 minutes, take it out, tear the pieces with a fork, sprinkle with 3 teaspoons of powdered sugar, return to the oven and bake for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with orange and chopped pistachios.
