Scents of antiquity ....

Recently, a culinary show reminded me of the scents of childhood. When I was little we really ate these meatballs often and .... sometimes…. as if I feel the smells of those old days again… .. Try them too!

Preparation steps

  • Peel a potato, cut it into cubes, add salt and bring to a boil
  • While the potatoes are cooking on the pan, fry the fillets
  • When the potatoes are cooked, strain it, add olive oil and garlic and parsley if desired. I love both garlic and parsley and I had a lot of that.
  • Mix it all together nicely to make it like puree.
  • Add shredded fish fillets to the mixed potatoes, add salt and pepper and, if you want, add more garlic and parsley. If necessary and desired :))
  • Mix everything with a spoon to absorb all the ingredients.
  • When you have done this, soak your palms a little (because the mixture is a bit sticky) and take pieces of that mixture by hand and form balls, flatten them a little and arrange them on a tray
  • Now bread those heels. So they go in flour ... eggs… crumbs.
  • Put them on hot oil. They need to be ready very short because in fact everything is already cooked… just to take on a little golden color
  • In addition, just a little salad is enough for you… ..a glass of Bol Plavac… and http: //www.youtube.com/watch? V = z2VBsvqfl0Q & feature = related .......

Serving

This recipe is really ingenious to me, especially when it happens that there are fish left, two from the grill, so I clean it nicely from bones and skin, cook potatoes and everything else according to the recipe and have a perfectly new dish… either for dinner or leave clean fish in the fridge so I have another day for lunch perfect meatballs !!!!! my dear ivannna was the first to try and beautifully presented And another beautyprepared my Lilly and her beautiful presentation jumpers my darling and a beautiful raw-non-raw collage and another beautiful presentation of the favorite my neighbor who knows exactly how and when the cooked version of branka is beautiful in the performance of mile nelyce, he also got used to my yaya
