Sausage moussaka

A quick moussaka for the boys, which is not so bad. I did well for lunch, because they praised it and ate it.

Preparation steps

  • Cut the potatoes into very thin slices, the thinner the better, sprinkle it with and pepper and mix everything well. Grind the sausages in a mixer into a larger structure such as minced meat (minced), add parsley and stir. the ingredients are not consumed. Whisk the eggs and milk and pour over the potatoes and bake at 200 c for about 45 minutes.
