Preparation steps

  • When you bake the rolls, let them stand for a few minutes. Now take the top of the mold and hold the puff pastry with your other hand (slightly, so that it doesn't crack), force the top of the roll a little with your hand to make the roll come out easier ... do everything gently !!!

Serving

I filled these rolls, as you know, with Diana's vanilla cream ... the best cream I've tried so far !!!!
