Saumrole molds in 10 min
I decided to write, actually show in pictures simple and quick molds for saumrole, because the question often arises that you don’t have molds, so here’s a recipe left for those who don’t have molds! .This is just one of the ways, and you can also try the corn stalk, my aunt had them and this is my first introduction to molds and saumroles ..... I often made these aufolia molds until I bought the molds and I can fine replace the molds ..... !!
Preparation steps
- First cut a piece of foil, depending on whether you want smaller or larger molds.
- Bend them to the left and right and then repeat the same thing once more.
- Now roll them nicely from the beginning to the end. Squeeze them gently in your hand. (Fix the shape) !!
- Do the other molds (the menu for puff pastry needs about 24) !! You have the molds ready.i
- Roll out the leaves and cut them. Now coat each foil roll with margarine (slightly)!
- When you bake the rolls, let them stand for a few minutes. Now take the top of the mold and hold the puff pastry with your other hand (slightly, so that it doesn't crack), force the top of the roll a little with your hand to make the roll come out easier ... do everything gently !!!
