Preparation steps

  • Wash the head of cabbage well and cut it into pieces. Put oil in the sherpa and put the cabbage to fry a little, cover. Put half a spoon of cumin in it. In another pan, fry the onion in oil, then add the garlic, then the chopped bacon, then the sausages and cucumbers. Fry briefly, then add the cabbage. Add the paprika, peeled tomato, pepper and salt and grate the potatoes. Mix everything well and pour a glass of water. Leave to cook for about 30 minutes covered. Pleasant!
