Sataras tortillas

I had tortillas in the fridge and guests who adore them announced - they had to come up with something new (because that's what is expected of me now, always something new ....) It occurred to me that I could use a meme sataras that I did it for a short time ... I added and thought of the rest on the go ...- the result, at lunch there was only 1 tortilla left in the pan ...

Preparation steps

  • Fry the minced meat in a tablespoon of oil with a little vegeta, about 15 minutes.

  • Drain the beans, then mix into the meat sauce. Let cool.
  • Place the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up and be pliable. Place 2 large tablespoons of the filling on top of each tortilla.
  • Roll so that the sides are slightly twisted inwards and then the tortilla is rolled (so that the filling does not leak) Put them in a greased pan.
  • Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.Put in the oven at 180 degrees to bake.I baked for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream.
