Sareni fasiri

Usually when I make fasire I put minced meat in a bowl and then everything that comes to hand. This time I had a piece of paper and a pen nearby, so I wrote down what I put. Another recipe in LCHF style.

Preparation steps

  • Put 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in a bowl, pour a little water over it and leave it to swell for a few minutes. Wash and grate the zucchini. Grate cheese and carrots. Flax seeds grind briefly.
  • Put all the ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl and knead the mixture. Leave the mixture in the cold for at least an hour. * I put 2 tablespoons of real almond flour. It can also be another LCHF flour, such as sesame, finely ground oat bran or pretzels from some LCHF bread. Those who do not follow LCHF can put pretzels or flour as desired.
  • Design fasires. I dropped 15 smaller packages. Pour olive oil on your hands and oil each fasier well and place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes. Turn in the middle of baking. Pour a little olive oil into the cup and coat each pack with a silicone brush in a thin layer after removing it from the oven.
