Sardines in a fishing way

Whether you enjoy them salted, as a spread or on a fishing trip, you will agree: the aroma of sardines is excellent. But if you want to briefly inhale the most authentic scent of the Mediterranean in your home, the latter combination will help the most.

Preparation steps

  • Clean, wash and dry the sardines well.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice and Natur for fish and pour the marinade prepared in this way over the fish and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
  • String the sardines on a sprig of rosemary and bake in a sautéed pan.
  • Sprinkle the roasted sardines with chopped parsley and garlic.

Serving

Serve with a green salad with fresh tomatoes.

You can also grill cleaned sardines.
