Sandzak sheep
I don't know where the name of the sheep comes from, I know that it is made in the Sandzak region, this is the first time I made it myself and it turned out great .. !!
Preparation steps
- In a deeper plastic bowl (with a lid) mix the curd with milk, add salt to make it a little saltier than usual, add the washed peppers with which you cut the handles, mix well and cover with a lid. Leave for 2-3 days at room temperature to smell the peppers and it's done consumption..The sauce thickens after a few days so you can add a little more milk but not to be too much and then it can already be stored in the refrigerator ..!

Serve with bread, boiled or baked potatoes, homemade cream, ajvar, ljutenica .. !!
