Sand cake
Perfectly delicious, too simple, no baking, a real summer pleasure!
Preparation steps
- Cook puddings with sugar in milk. Allow to cool.
- Then divide this mixture into three equal parts. Add 1/2 of margarine to each bowl separately and whisk well. Then add biscuits to one bowl, coconut to another, and walnuts to a third.
- Put the mixture with the biscuits first in the cake mold, then with the coconut and finally with the walnuts. Refrigerate for a few hours to firm up a bit. Then take the cake out of the mold and decorate with whipped cream and walnuts.
