Champita

It was a long time ago when I last ate champignons in the pastry shop ... while the cakes were still made from real eggs, and not like today, from ready-made powders ... The white, sweet sticky cream of champignons fascinated me from an early age and I was enchanted. overjoyed when, almost half of my life so far, I made my champignons for the first time - according to an old recipe that I found quite by accident today in a notebook bitten by the ravages of time ...

Champita

This is for those who really like sweet…! My husband isn’t exactly a cake lover, but this one adores it! Only baklava, champignons, tulumbe and strawberry cakes with whipped cream come into consideration. My kids eat cream cakes poorly again. Two people don't like whipped cream cakes at all, and the other two don't like fruit (except strawberries) in the cake. And me ?! I love it all again and in the end it turns out that I eat them the most. And so who knows how many times my diet fails… .........

Champita

I will tell you in confidence that until recently my champignons "swam" in that agda and melted saum. It helped me to "browse these pages"

Champita

The recipe is from my mother-in-law's old cookbook. From 1982. For all fans of champagne ... so come on ...

Champita - the sweet queen of nostalgia

From the perspective of a four-year-old, the world looks much different ... Gray buildings climb all the way to fluffy white clouds, streams look like turbulent rivers, and mom has a solution to every problem. The royal adorable champagne reminds me of just that time.

Mini champignons

A little sweet for two

“No fail” Sampita

"No fail" because it can't fail. For me, Sampita must meet two conditions: firstly, to be safe to eat (without Salmonella and other poisons) and secondly, to make the meringue firm. This recipe was created in order to meet both conditions.

Quite a simple summit

"Simple because even beginners can make it very successfully… I found the recipe somewhere on the net, but I refined it a bit…"

Sampita

I don't think this stake needs any introduction…. The name is enough :)

Sampita

Perfect, just the way it should be.
