Sampita

I don't think this stake needs any introduction…. The name is enough :)

Preparation steps

  • Bark: Whisk the ingredients well and bake. Cool the stake and then apply the sauce.
  • Saum: 100 gr. put sugar in a bowl and pour half a deciliter of water. Boil in a thick syrup. Whisk 10 egg whites in solid snow and gradually add 200 g of sugar. When the saum is quite firm, lightly add the boiled syrup in a thin stream. Continue to stir until the saum has cooled completely. When it has cooled, apply it lightly on the cooled dough, and smooth and flatten the tops with a spatula. Leave to cool, cut into desired cubes and serve. Pleasant ..

Serving

I always make sampita according to this recipe, which I have had for many years. Since I have a large casserole, these quantities are excellent for me. In case you are making a smaller amount, halve the mixture in half. Follow the recipe step by step and you will get an outstanding summit both in appearance and taste :) Pleasant
