Samphire / motor omelet

Since I started with LCHF, I started to pay more attention to certain vegetables that I had only been passing by until then :) That's how I discovered the engine. It has an aromatic and salty taste, and the English also call it "poor asparagus". In the book with Paleo recipes I found a recipe for this simple omelet ...

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and slice it together with the green part. Wash the engine, dry it and cut off its thickened parts.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add spring onions and motar and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs, a little salt and pepper. Add fried spring onions and motar and mix everything. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and shake the egg mixture. When the oven starts to mix lightly and leave for 2-3 minutes until the omelet is baked. Transfer the omelette to a plate and carefully fold it.

Serving

I recommend that you read this article about the engine :)
