Salty stuffed roses
I had guests, I kneaded the dough for the pancetta, instead of the pancerota I made roses that disappeared in an instant
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough for pancetta, according to this recipe:
- When the dough rises, mix it, take a piece of dough (about 50gr), roll it out in a circle. Cut the circle in 4 places, not to the end. Put a little ketchup in the middle of the circle, chopped champignons, chopped ham and grated cheese over the ketchup.
- Take one part of the notched circle, wrap it and wrap it around the filling. Then take the opposite part of the circle, fold it and wrap it around the previously bent part of the circle. Do the same with the remaining two parts of the circle.
- So we make roses from the rest of the dough.
- Arrange the roses in a muffin tin, which has been previously spread with margarine.
- Let the roses stand for 15 minutes and bake at 200 degrees until they get a golden-yellow color.
