Preparation steps

  • Boil milk, water and a little salt. When it boils, add semolina and stir until it hardens, put to cool a bit, add margarine, chopped parsley, chopped bacon and eggs. Knead, form egg-sized balls and cook in a little salted water until they rise to surface.
