Salty polenta
Beautiful salty polenta or as it is also called proja.
Preparation steps
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, whisk them separately and finally add to the mixture. Combine the other ingredients with a mixer first wet and add dry and finally add the egg whites and mix everything lightly. Pour the mixture into a greased pan 30x40cm and bake at 200c for 35-40 min.
