Salty plumcake
Measures are yogurt glasses, a great appetizer, aperitif or with a main course.
Preparation steps
- Mix eggs with yogurt, add oil, flour with baking powder and level the dough with a wooden spoon. Add cheese and diced sausage. Add salt as desired and place in the oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Make sure it is baked with a wooden stick.
- I baked in a plumcake mold, it can be baked as a cake or ciambella, according to your wishes. Serve cold. I mostly use leftover cheese, sausages, salami from the fridge.
