Salty pancakes with salami and cheese
My creation when I was a (hungry) teenager and didn’t know what to eat. I have loved them ever since. Great thing for breakfast.
Preparation steps
- ) Mix flour, eggs, salt and milk until it immediately becomes watery. It’s hard to explain, but I’m sure each of you has already made pancakes or donuts this way. I do it by eye, so I can't say the exact details. It is important in the main that there are no lumps in the dough.
- ) bake thin pancakes. When 2 bake on one arrange thin salami and cheese in slices, cover it with another pancake and bake in the pan for 10-20 seconds to melt the cheese.
- ) E voila, ready to serve. Eat while it's hot.
