Salty kuglof - with potatoes
On "Kuglof Day", I posted pictures of this salty kuglof. Many liked it and Jesika asked for the recipe. I promised jesiki and that’s why I put the recipe. The pictures show that it is beautiful, very decorative, and for the taste ... if you make it you will see for yourself ... Make this salty kuglof for the upcoming holidays ... it will adorn your table!
Preparation steps
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the ulema. Add Yogurt and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix flour with pastry and add it. Mix with a spoon, grate 3-4 boiled potatoes coarsely and add them.
- Chop salami, boiled carrots, boiled eggs, cheese and parsley or boiled spinach. Add them in a bowl and stir everything to combine everything.
- Coat the kuglof mold with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold and bake first at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, then another 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until it gets a golden color.
