Salty green Duki oopsie roll
These days, I'm reading those salty rolls, so it occurred to me to try to combine something that we Dukanovci can snack on while hanging out with friends and relatives at various celebrations.
Preparation steps
- Peel the egg whites and yolks. Add cream cheese and a little baking powder to the egg yolks. Make egg whites with a little salt in solid snow. Stir carefully.
- Thaw spinach, drain and mix with eggs and cheese.
- Put baking paper in a larger pan and pour the mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- When cool to touch with your fingers, take out on baking paper, roll up and wrap with a damp cloth, cool. Coat with filling and roll, leave in the fridge to squeeze and cut.
- I made Phil the day before. Surimi sticks cut into smaller rings, eggs cut. Mix all ingredients. I put three eggs this time, in the end it turned out a lot too much fillet, you can see in the picture. :) Reduce a little, or fill less richly, eat the rest as a salad only. :)
