Preparation steps

  • First switch on the oven to heat to 200 ° C. Then mix the egg whites with salt, and mix the egg yolks as well. Then pour in the milk, and mix gently. Pour the mixture into a buttered small baking pan.
  • Bake for half an hour to brown nicely. When done, remove from the oven and coat the top with melted butter.
  • Serve immediately. The souffle will fall a little, but it will still be nice and airy.
