Salty buns with aromatic butter
Irresistible ... fragrant and very tasty
Preparation steps
- Stir the honey and yeast in sour water, add one tablespoon of flour, stir and leave on warm until the yeast rises. Mix the flour and salt, add the yeast, butter, oil and knead a smooth dough (do not add all the flour immediately so that the dough does not turn out harder which should) Knead it nicely and put it on warm to let it rise for about 30-40 minutes.
- While the dough is growing, chop the greens, mash the garlic, then add the butter, salt (add your favorite spices if desired). Mix the filling nicely, put it on a transparent foil and make a cylinder (as in the picture), wrap it and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes easier to cut.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls, put them in a baking tray (for me, the baking tray is 23 cm in diameter), cover them with a cloth so that they rise a little. Take the filling out of the freezer, cut it into 12 equal pieces. Make a depression in the buns with your finger and put a piece of filling in each, press it a little.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180-190 C) for about 20 minutes until nicely browned and fragrant.
- Serve with soups, corba, salads or like me with homemade cheese, tomato and olive oil. Believe me, they are irresistible. Nice ... Good taste ... Bon appetit :)
- Enjoy)))
