Preparation steps
- knead the dough of 40 dkg. flour, 1 egg, a little salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 small cup of oil, knead with the addition of white wine.
- roll out the dough and coat with a mixture of 40dkg.salt and20dkg.flour.Repeat the procedure three times, after each time let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
- roll out the dough to tear the squares and fill them with plum jam.
- press the ends slightly so that they do not open.
- sprinkle the baked saltines with powdered sugar and sauté
