Salsa in spork
Peeled tomatoes, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar go into a clean salsa, ie a standard one. And tomatoes, unpeeled peppers, balancane, zucchini, carrots, onions, onions, parsley, oil, salt and pepper go into the spork salsa, which is why we in Dalmatia call it spork. You can serve this salsa as a side dish with pasta, potatoes, corpses. It can be used as an addition to dishes, when making stews, stewed beans, vegetable lasagna. As I prepare any dish from this salsa, I will add it to this recipe, this time I made it with spaghetti and minced meat.
Preparation steps
- Chop all the vegetables into slightly larger pieces, cut the onion into slices
- Saute the onion in the oil
- Then add the paprika and simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Simmer the carrots on the rings and simmer for another 2-3 minutes
- Now eggplant
- zucchini
- I explain this to you because this stewing process is very important, because your vegetables have to stay in one piece. Simmer all together for a few more minutes until the vegetables get a glassy appearance
- Now you just add tomatoes, garlic and parsley and all the other spices.
- All together cook otp 1 and 30 minutes, if you put smaller quantities then you reduce the length of cooking
- This time I used it when making spaghetti. I simmered 400g of minced meat and added 3 cups of salsa and simmered for another half hour
