Salmon with pesto and tarragon pesto
Super juicy and fine, I highly recommend
Preparation steps
- Pour lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon and leave for about fifteen minutes. You can add salt and pepper if desired.
- Meanwhile, peel the garlic, grind in a food processor with tarragon and parsley. Add red pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and a pinch of salt.
- Turn on the top of the oven heater to warm up. Coat the salmon with the mixture and put it in the oven until it gets a nice yellow color. Turn on the oven to 180 C and bake for another 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
