Preparation steps
- Thaw the fish well and salt. If desired, you can put on it various spices that you have in the house, I used only these listed in the recipe. Cut the potatoes into thicker rings and then in half, the carrots into thicker rings, cauliflower and broccoli into smaller flowers and put them in warm water to boil. Add salt to the vegetables while they are boiling in water. Twist the baking paper on both sides like candy paper and put onion rings inside, put salted and spiced fish on it, and half-cooked vegetables around it. Close the paper from above and put everything in the oven to bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
