Salmon in basil pesto and mustard

Another one of my simple recipes. The fish is incredibly delicious this way. Today at my place with a side dish of cooked asparagus.

Preparation steps

  • Wash the salmon, dry it and place it in a baking dish lined with paper or foil, which you have greased with olive oil five times. Add salt to the fish, beat and coat with mustard and pesto (mix these two beforehand). Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Wash the asparagus and put it to boil in salted and boiling water until it softens, also for about 15 minutes, it depends on their size and age. Take them out of the water to drain, add more salt, pepper and add a little olive oil and lemon juice.

Serving

Fish and asparagus are very soft, so for the best possible balance, this dish goes great with toast bread. Drizzle a little olive oil on the plate and season with thyme. Serve with lemon.
