Preparation steps

  • Add salt to the flour and mix the flour. Put the yeast in the warm milk and when it is activated, add it to the flour together with the egg and knead the dough.
  • Leave this dough to stand for about 20 minutes. When it has set, roll it out to about half a cm and spread the fat evenly on it (I grated it)
  • Fold the dough and press it as shown in the video and let it stand for half an hour. Repeat this process 2 more times. Finally, roll out the dough again and cut into squares of the desired size.
  • Place the jam on the cut squares and wrap them in the desired shape (shown in the video). Bake them at 220 degrees until they take on a nice color.
